Precision Beauty and Vitality Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Precision Beauty and Vitality, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there may be situations where a product is incorrect or damaged. Our primary goal is to quickly resolve any issues by replacing the product.

Tutorial Videos: Non refundable

Due to the nature of the access to the tutorial videos, including the (hopefully not) way that the access links can be shared, it would be understandable that the cost of the tutorial videos are non-refundable.

Product Replacement

Our first priority is to replace any incorrect or damaged products:

Incorrect Products: If the product you received is different from the one you ordered.
Transit Damage: If the product you received has been damaged during shipping.

Replacement Process

1. Report the Issue: To request a product replacement, please email us at orders@precisionbeautyandvitality.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   Please include the following information:
   • Your original invoice number
   • Photos clearly showing the incorrect or damaged product(s)
2. Arrange Replacement: We will review your request and, if it meets the eligible conditions, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost. The damaged or incorrect products must be returned to us via the same courier at the cost of Precision Beauty. Please note that the courier will not hand over the new package if the return package is not ready.

Monetary Refunds

If we are unable to replace the incorrect or damaged product, we will consider a monetary refund as a secondary solution.

1. Refund Process: Follow the same process as outlined in the original refund policy.
2. Limitations: Please refer to the original refund policy for information on timeframe limitations and the non-refundable nature of tutorial videos.
